In addition to providing live vehicle tracking, fleetinsight™ can be used to automate the submission and processing of mobile work force expense claims. It is the first system of its kind to balance the need for corporate visibility with the need for employee privacy when a vehicle can be used for both private and business purposes.

How it Works

Recorded mileage captured by the GPS vehicle tracking system is automatically categorised as 'private' and is only available to the driver of the vehicle. The drivers periodically change journeys for which expense mileage is due to 'business'. At the end of each period the expense claims are submitted electronically for approval and payment with only business mileage recorded.
