on the location and status of every vehicle in a fleet. Vehicles are displayed on
the latest interactive satellite mapping and all information is available on any
internet enabled computer.
fleetinsight™ is based on the latest Microsoft technologies and as such is
fast and robust with advanced features make operating a fleet a simple task. Operators
are able to sort and search vehicles by name, status or category and quickly search
by proximity to an address or customer. Live traffic data can be overlaid on the
map enabling controllers to assist drivers to avoid congested routes.
fleetinsight™ provides a wealth of real time and historical information to
assist fleet operators to manage their fleets efficiently and identify where cost
and operational savings exist.
In addition to journey information, including miles travelled and visit duration,
fleetinsight™ calculates route efficiency and the route replay facility identifies
where the driver has infringed any of the company's driving policies in terms of
harsh breaking and acceleration, speeding or excessive idling.
To assist fleet managers improve driver performance, fleetinsight™ sends real
time alerts, by SMS and email, in response to drivers infringing any of the company
driving policies e.g. speeding, harsh driving, excessive idling etc., or when a
driver enters a defined geo-fence or point of interest e.g. customer premises.
